I'm back...

I took a break from the blog to campaign for State Representative here in Massachusetts. As you may know, the election was last week and unfortunately I was defeated by the Republican Candidate, Rich Bastien. He campaigned fiercly for 8 months and I have to applaud his hard work and dedication.

But, there is a silver lining to every loss in life. I'm able to come back and post on my photography blog and hopefully someone will listen and look.

Thanks for visiting this page. I hope you enjoy my photography.

Coming attractions: My visit to Tower Hill Botanical Garden this past weekend. They had an Orchid show and I took over 150 photos. Be sure to check back to see what I've posted from the show.

While on Newcastle Island near Fort Constitution, I decided to take the obligatory photo of their lighthouse. The day started out rainy but cleared up by the time I needed to take this shot.

I haven't been blogging lately since I've been busy with photography and real estate as well. Last Sunday my friend Norm and I went up to Portsmouth, New Hampshire to check out Constitution Park. Here's one of the shots.

My Sister and Nephew Shucking Corn in their Garage

What can I say....this was too strange not to photograph.

I've been neglectful of my blog for a couple of weeks but I'll be posting new photos here every day from now on. There are boxes beneath each photo to express your level of interest for each image or you can simply make a comment.

My Facebook friends have been a key factor in the continual improvement of my images. I hope to post more unique images using various software I've purchased which give the subject a "special effect". The most recent software creates High Definition of which this is an example. I hope you enjoy!
This image was taken at a park in Cocoa Village, Florida in April, 2009.

Time off from Blogging

I haven't been posting in the past few weeks. Not only has the weather gotten me down but I was attacked by an awful stomach virus. I'm starting to feel better and posting photos has always brightened my day. I hope it brightens yours as well.
